Intro call with Travel Consultant
Discuss your desired destination, interests and unique requests you may have. Our travel consultant will provide expert recommendations to brainstorm your dream trip while on the call with you and take detailed notes to craft your suggested itinerary.

After your Intro Call, our Travel Consultant will craft a tailored itinerary that meets your specifications outlined in the Intro Call. This will be a bare bones, “Skeleton” itinerary that gives a rough outline of your trip. The Travel Consultant will send you that Suggested Itinerary within 5 business days of the Intro Call. Once you review and approve the Suggested Itinerary, we will begin to build the trip details out.

Once we have aligned on the high level plan of your trip, we will get into Planning Mode and build out each and every detail of your trip with all the luxury and key touches that make Galavant trips so unique. This process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks once the Suggested Itinerary is approved, but it’s worth the wait - because this is where the magic happens.
Trip booked
Once you approve the Draft Itinerary, we can then book your trip to secure your hotels, transfers, activities, guides, and tours. At this time we will invoice you for a deposit of 30% of your total trip cost.
Upcoming travel
12 weeks before your departure, we will email you with our International Travel Tips and send a special Galavant gift, mailed to your home. The remaining 70% trip balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
Final itinerary
2-3 weeks before departure, we will send you your final itinerary with every last detail included and your Travel Consultant will schedule a call with you to review it over the phone prior to your departure.

Your trip is here and it’s time to galavant! We will be in touch within the first 48 hours to check in on your trip and remain available 24/7 should any last minute requests or issues arise during your travel. Once you return from your trip, we will be in touch to have a follow-up call.
