Day 1 | Welcome to Dubrovnik

Arrive in Dubrovnik and meet your private driver to transfer to your 5* hotel, Hotel Excelsior. This mesmerizing city is truly one of the most beautiful on the Mediterranean, jutting out of the rocky shoreline.

After getting settled meet your private driver at the hotel to head out on an evening walking tour of the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After your tour enjoy a welcome dinner on the beautiful terrace of a popular fish restaurant in the old city center with welcome drinks and wonderful wines.

Day 2 | Discover dubrovnik

After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and set off for a private tour of all the highlights of Dubrovnik. You will have the whole day to immerse yourself in this wonderful ancient city and you will see for yourself why this is Croatia’s most popular destination.

Stop for a late lunch on Srd Hill at the Panorama Restaurant where it will feel as if you are floating between the blues of the sea and the sky. After lunch you will take a cable car back down the hill and meet your driver to head back to the hotel. The rest of your late afternoon and evening is at your leisure.

Day 3 | PELJEŠAC PENINSULA

After breakfast, meet your driver and journey to Pelješac, a peninsula rich in forests, bays, and ancient maritime tradition. This region is known for its wine appellations, which produce excellent red wines. The most remarkable feature of Pelješac are the walls of Ston, with the saltworks beneath. Explore the famous walls of Ston and visit the oldest saltpan in Europe, dating back to 1333. Take a walk up the walls for a bird’s eye view of the saltworks and the red rooftops. Next, stop at a series of wineries for tastings. Conclude the day with a private boat excursion to learn about oyster breeding and indulge in an exclusive oyster tasting experience with a delicious light lunch.

Day 4 | Island hopping

Check out of your hotel and head for an all-day private excursion, island-hopping on your speed boat. Your next hotel is on the island of Hvar, but there will be many stops on the way to explore. You will stop first at Mljet, a national park where your guide will take you hiking the bluest coastline Croatia has to offer. Your walk ends in Pomena where you will enjoy lunch. You continue to Korčula, with one of the finest medieval towns still in existence. Finally, you arrive in Hvar, one of the most popular Croatian islands. Check in to your hotel, Palace Elisabeth, and enjoy a guided stroll of the town on your way to a beautiful welcome dinner.

Day 5 | Hvar at your leisure

After 4 days of intense exploration, take today to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hvar. It’s a stunning place, known for its rich history, Mediterranean diet, pristine beaches and many hours of sunshine. Today is left as a full day at your leisure, to rest a bit from your itinerary, and enjoy the hotel spa, or wander a bit on your own. We’ll have optional ideas for you to read about, and you might choose from those. The island has beautiful beaches, small stone villages, wild topography perfect for hiking, boutique winemakers, and friendly locals.

Day 6 | Stari grad & vrboska

Right after breakfast, your private driver will take you to the town of Stari Grad. Your guide will show you a 15th century Dominican monastery, the Tvrdajl Fortress and reveal the best local shops. Next, take a ride to the Stari Grad plain - the largest plain in the Adriatic. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and divided into geometric parcels. An organic farm sits in the center of the huge field, where you will enjoy a peka lunch, grown on site. Peka is a Dalmatian delicacy, a blend of vegetables and meat with olive oil, herbs, and baked under a bell-like dome. Finally, enjoy a wonderful chocolate and wine pairing in the picturesque village of Vrboska.

Day 7 | BRAČ ISLAND

Today check out and head to a new lodging on the island of Brač. This is one of the largest Adriatic islands, separated from the mainland by the Brač Channel. Take off on your private speedboat and enjoy the scenic ride. Upon arriving on Brač, you will be driven across the island to your hotel, Hotel Lemongarden. This journey will include a guided tour of the island including Pučišća Stonemasonry School, Škrip village, the coastal town of Sutivan, and finally board another speedboat to Split and your hotel.

Day 8 | Sojourn in split

Today you will explore Split on foot. Split is Croatia’s second largest city, a UNESCO Site and the center of major historical events on the Adriatic coast. Your private guide will reveal temples, sphinxes, medieval palaces, outdoor markets and charming streets. Late in the day, take a sunset hike on Mosor mountain, which overlooks Split from the east. Your hike takes you by cliffs, meadows and caves, all in search of the spectacular view. After a busy day, head back to the hotel for a relaxing dinner and quiet evening.

Day 9 | flight to istria, bale

You will have some free time this morning before your flight to Istria. After a coffee and snack break on the terrace of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa, you’ll board your domestic flight north, to the city of Pula. This is a panoramic hour long flight to the magical coastline of Istria - Croatia’s biggest peninsula.

After arrival to Meneghetti Wine Hotel, have a late lunch today is at the Meneghetti restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a seasonal menu of the most authentic, fresh ingredients, and a fabulous wine selection as well.

Day 10 | Rovinj

Enjoy a lazy morning to stroll the grounds and enjoy this Mediterranean paradise. Wander down to a private beach or sit by your pool and relax. This afternoon, you’ll venture to an olive oil and premium wine tasting, and light lunch on the Meneghetti property. After your gastronomic adventure, your driver will take you north to the town of Rovinj. This town can freely compete with Dubrovnik for the title of Croatia’s most picturesque urban coastal destination. A local guide will take you on a walking tour to visit St. Euphemia church and its bell tower, and hear stories about this beautiful town. Afterwards, enjoy some free time among the art galleries and shops by the sea.

In early evening, you have cocktails on the rocks, at a local bar, while listening to bossa nova music. After cocktails, have dinner on a terrace by the sea, in our favorite local spot.

Day 11 | MOTOVUN & GROŽNJAN

After breakfast, head to the medieval hill town of Motovun. Hop on your E-bike, for your bike tour through rural Istria. Enjoy a scenic guided tour through the vineyards and olive groves - a much loved destination for its truffles and robust red wine. Stop at a family-owned farm for an authentic meal made from local ingredients and homemade wine. After lunch, visit the town of Grožnjan, a quaint artist oasis on top of a hill. Meander through the maze of cobbled streets and from there, your driver will take you back to Bale for a well-deserved rest after this busy day.

Day 12 | departure

After breakfast and checkout, your driver will arrive to collect you and take you to the airport.
